Because our products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if a customer changes their mind or orders the wrong size.

Damages and Issues

The only exception is for factory defects or shipping errors. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive a wrong item, contact us immediately at info.kokokotik@gmail.com.

We will evaluate the issue and take responsibility for replacing the product at no additional cost to you.
